I have enjoyed working with children and teens for 35 years as a School Psychologist, assisting with academic, behavioral, social and cognitive concerns, as well as completing psychoeducational evaluations. I developed a passion for helping children and adolescents who were experiencing anxiety and depression, so I became a Licensed School Psychologist so that I could shift my focus to providing individual therapy for students struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.

My approach to helping a person find the right solution to a mental, emotional, or behavior problem is to first take the time to identify the problem, and then to understand the unique ways that the problem is affecting the person's functioning and relationships.
